It may be hard to estimate your hours, I looked at my hours played on Counter Strike and I know that I've played SA-MP WAY more, so that's where I got my calculations from.
1. SA-MP ~3500 hours (I played SA-MP way before I made an account on the forums. I started around late 2006.)
2. Counter-Strike 1.6 ~2500 hours
3. Wolfenstein Enemy Territory ~2000 hours

I've got about ~1200 hours in total with the ARMA series and I've been playing SA-MP for about 5 years so I honestly wouldn't know how long I've played SA-MP for.
yeah, that's about it.

SA-MP: around 30-35k hours since 2007.
Rust: 150+ hours (50hrs from non-steam version)
Dragon Ball Xenoverse: 94 hours on Steam to be exact.
GTA V is possibly going to be in my third in my top 3 list, or probably second anytime soon since I'm free from my recent semester exams. I only have like 35 hours on it just on single-player.
