Every time i try to open sa-mp 0.3.7 installation after downloading it nothing happens, i tried to re-install it but still..

Try to run the .exe as administrator (right click, 'run as admin')
You can also visit the download directory and double click on the samp install .exe

Ok, when i tried to open it this time i get NSIS Error like this :

Try to download it again from a different mirror, it usually helps.

The error that you received is basically stating that the file you were downloading is either damaged or incomplete. Do you know if you happened to lose internet during the download? Another possibility is that your computer security perhaps removed it, but somehow continued to install some of the data.

I would check my security for any possible interferences, and would download it from a new location as someone already suggested.

Try to uninstall your SA:MP 0.3z then download the newest version of SA:MP

I downloaded it from different computer, same error..

This problem is from OS. the file is 100% okey.

Disable your antivirus and windows defender. Then try to download & install it. If it works, great otherwise you should scan your computer as there maybe a virus which might be modifying your files on computer.

If nothing works you may re-install your OS.
