I updated sscanf plugin and .inc but i got same error.

Can you post the full server logs? Does SSCANF even loads?

You still use an old version of sscanf. It should've been printed "© 2012" instead of 2009 and also why do you still run the server in 0.3x-R2? 0.3z is stable.
