Bro, explain more next time about the problem and don't make a topic named "Help please!" Make something like "Need help with crash after joining server".

I've had a similar problem, try:
1. Delete GTA_as.set
2. Reinstall SA-MP.
3. Or download a new gta3.IMG and replace it.

Other than that, tell me if you crashed at a special standing point e.g. you crash if you go to the LSFD HQ, or the place could've been bugged? Ask Admins if other players crash there too and if yes then it's bugged.

I've got GTA sa back and also i don't know how to install SA-MP ..

So you don't know how to install SA-MP yet you're about to open a Roleplay server, really sir? Come and let me take you through my tut on how to install SA-MP which is one of the hardest thing to do.
1. Download SA-MP here: http://files.sa-mp.com/sa-mp-0.3z-R2-install.exe and once done run it and install in your GTA SA directory .

Make sure you run both GTA SA and SA-MP client as administrator, in Windows 98/me compatibility mode.
