Games for Xbox like Skyrim?
#1

Hi all,

I'm trying to find a new Xbox game for my dad to play. He loves Skyrim and Borderlands so it needs to be something like that - where you have tasks and things to do. He doesn't like shooter games like CoD or anything. He tried some more games from the Elder Scrolls series and wasn't a fan, and also didn't really like Mass Effect. He doesn't like GTA etc. I'm really struggling with something to buy him so any suggestions would be appreciated!

And yes I've already tried to get him into SA-MP but he just isn't a fan of pc gaming haha.

Thanks!

The Witcher 2. Tell him there's sex and naked girls in it. He'll love it.

LOL

He needs to give Skyrim + mods a run on PC, even if he prefers consoles.

Thanks so much, I didn't know such a website existed! It's nice to get other people's opinions too though

Nahhh he's been playing Skyrim every day since it came out over 3 years ago (minus the couple of weeks where he tried Borderlands and a couple of others) so I think it's time to find something else haha. Though he was amused by the Thomas the Tank Engine mod :P

Isn't Fable anime characters? I don't think he'd like that but I will look into it in case I am wrong haha. But if I remember correctly it's a bit of a childish game.

He loved 2 but hated 3 so I'm not even gonna bother with any others, just want to find a new game all together haha. But thanks!

Thanks everyone!

I've played Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, I'd totally recommend that game, I really enjoyed this game since I'm a huge fan of Lords of the Ring and The Hobbit series, you may check this game out, actually you don't have to be a fan to play this game, but knowledge is power, if you watch all those 6 movies, you will get enough idea about the whole story, and the characters atleast or read the original The Hobbit (published 1937) novel by J. R. R. Tolkien which is having the same story as movie, since the movie is the adaptation of this novel book.

He is a LotR fan so that might just be perfect! Thank you
