I reinstalled the game thrice but nothing helps. Deleted everything from Documents also but Nada. Does anyone have a solution or a fix?

Un-install SA-MP.
Then download it again and re-install it.

My suggestion is to try downloading a new crack if that doesn't work then re-install your GTA in a different problem.
