I'm using MySQL R39-3 version, it works fine in my windows pc. But recently i got a VPS and i can't get the plugin to
work on it.

VPS OS is Windows Server 2003.

Obs. I have Microsoft C++ redistributables (2010 (x64), 2010 SP1 (x64) and 2012 (x64) and 2013 (x64)).

Worst advice ever. You don't just go replacing core system files by downloading them from questionable sites.
