So my samp.exe will not ping any servers, meaning that when I add any servers they will not get any connection, and when I go in the "Internet" or "Hosted" tabs, no servers appear. I literally tried EVERY possible thing besides reinstalling my OS (Windows), you name it. Deleted everything that had to do with GTA SA and SAMP, and reinstalled it back, changed my LAN IP address, MAC address, restarted my router, readded GTA SA and SAMP things to Windows Firewall, turned off Firewall, etc. SAMP HAS worked before on this laptop; I opened SAMP one day after playing it a couple days back and saw that I get no connection to servers anymore. Also, I have my old laptop next to me which CAN ping servers and list them while I am able to join any with pleasure. This is REALLY crazy and I hope I will be able to fix it soon because I don't want to spend the rest of my SAMP life on my old laptop. Please help!!!
If you think it would be easier, I would love to have a chat and screen share on Skype, username is "alex.bodle3" (Without quotes), and on the request let me know you are from SAMP forums.
Edit: SAMP is being run as Administrator (I'm not that stupid), and GTA SA Single Player also works, as well as the SAMP debug... Also currently trying an Ethernet CAT 6 cable, shows up as a new LAN IP and MAC address on the router, still not working.
I tried to transfer my exact GTA files from my old laptop onto this laptop to see if it's an internet problem or a file problem, but did not work, therefore an internet problem.
RESOLVED:
This problem was happening beyond SAMP with other programs such as Steam. I ******d how to reset my network settings, Windows 8 in my case. If anyone has this problem with SAMP and other programs too, refer to this link (This is for Windows 8 users):

Thank you for the support.
