When, how and/or where do you get this crash?

I get this error whenever i try to load into a server that i have set in my favorites.

Since when do you have this problem? Did it work before? Do you have mods? What operating system (windows) are you using?

It worked before i had these issues, I have mods including cleo 4 and emergency lights mod and custom vehicles, i am running windows 8.1

Uninstall CLEO 4 and try again.
If the problem still occurs, try uninstalling SA-MP and GTA San Andreas and reпnstall them both in another directory as used before uninstalling (Most likely it's installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas - Just install it somewhere else, in another folder(for example C:\Program Files (x86)\GTA GAMES\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas))

EDIT: Or just try to remove the last mod(s) you added.

Edit: I've uninstalled and reinstalled SAMP without cleo but now it says that the game is unable to execute

Try to re-install your SA-MP AND your GTA San Andreas.

I've already done that like 3 times today and it still gives me the same damn error

Try to run it as administrator.
Are your graphic card drivers installed correctly? Is it only SA-MP or also your GTA San Andreas that doesn't launch?

My gta also doesnt load and i'll try to run samp as an admin

edit: running samp as admin doesnt help anything
