And i followed everything, Scripts and PHPmyadmin stuff, But later when i finish and try to Test the script (offline mod) No stats Save in My Database, No name, pass , score, rank... HElp!

I suggest you to debug your code. By that, i mean, log every Query into a file, and find out what the error is.

It could be a missing table, a mistype in the queries, etc.

Without YOUR code and YOUR logs, we can't help you. Isn't that obvious ?
