I saw someone made a mod that changes the Loading Screen.

In my eyes it doesn't, but it would be cool if servers are able to use an image from an URL as loading screen image.

Yep that's a asi or cleo mod it's only a loading screen you don't even look at it for that long.

Extract the PNG from the .TDX file (not quite sure which), by using TDX workshop, then replace it with the image you wish. Finally, save the changes.

Would be neat but I am pretty sure they're against allowing any downloading from the server itself.
