Hello. I have this server that works fine outside but when you join it you cannot come further then looking up account.

Is your server based on MYSQL?
If yes, something wrong with your mysql connection to host(phpmyadmin).

Your connection to MySQL or your .ini/.txt saving system isn't working.
I'd check the gamemodes mysql files and see whether it's configured properly.
