So I wanted to know is it possible, before I spawn player he is in train as NPC.. But after tutorial or something NPC becoming a play.. Is it possible to do?

It is possible, but not in the way that your thinking. You would have to time yourself during the recording stage to be in the train and as a player.
OR
You can just simply create two NPCs and leave it at that.
