That's really an awesome map (for a San Fierro server owner like me).
Its only downsides are the 270 RemoveBuildingForPlayer and the fact that vehicles would pass through the objects before loading (even with static CreateObject sometimes they tend to fall), so I'll not use it probably.

YOu can always freeze them and like fade in from a completely black screen. It will look like they are just spawning, and the objects will be loaded.

Yes, that's a standard procedure for players, but if a vehicles is parked somewhere on the map and there aren't real GTA:SA objects under it, it will eventually fall when there aren't players nearby.
I'm already using another ghetto map in SF and I've placed a static Base125mx125m1 (18753) under it to reduce this event. I still haven't tried to max out the streamdistance to something like 3000, I'll try in a future update.
