Prevent player from using ammo spam hack

INTRODUCTION
As we know, It's easy to let a weapon have a minigun's bullet firing speed by memory hack, It was serious hurted the fair, especially roleplay server, this simple filterscript can prevent your server's player from being attacked by the hacker who using the ammo spam.

HOW TO INSTALL
1. Decompress the packet to your server folder.
2. Open server.cfg, add 'anti-ammospam' to the line of 'filterscripts', and make sure the 'lagcomp' is on.
3. Start samp-server.exe, it's now work!
