I have been having ugly font in both SA:MP and in Pawno and I researched the problem and it appears to be an issue with Windows Update KB3013455, is there anyone else experiencing the same problem?

If you can't, still, see the fonts, and you're totally sure that the fonts got removed/"buggy" after the windows update, what you should do is to restore your system for the moment before the installation of the windows updates.
Windows Update service should automatically create a restore point when preparing to update the components of the O.S.

And talking about Windows updates... had anyone got issues with the update kb3021917?

Well, it turned out that it reinstalled itself after I removed it, so I removed it again and now it's working.
