Can someone give me any tutorial how to set up MySQL Server on Hosting.. and Database so it can work normally..

I got all and nothing.. It doesn't show Login Dialog etc.. Just Spawn..
my firned has his own hosting and we put all informations corectly in mysql.cfg and doesn't work

which host are you using? or are you using a VPS?

Your host must provide you with some form of communication between you and them. This is usually done by creating a ticket on the place where you ordered the product. Try and do that, and ask for the MySQL database. Most hosts only activate the MySQL database upon request.
