Hi, my chatlogs & screenshot doesn't save.
I look my chatlog.txt and I don't have her logs.
I look my file /screens/ and I don't have her screens.
InGame I have this message :
Screenshoot : sa-mp000.png
Screenshoot : sa-mp000.png
Screenshoot : sa-mp000.png
But no "sa-mp001.png"

Try to delete the SA-MP files, from My Documents, and yes, try to re-install GTA SA, and SA-MP.

that's can be two things:
first you dont have permissions on mydocuments
or second you have a cleo mod that change the gpci serial
the first one you just need to give permissions the second one you need to take the cleo out.

Run SAMP as admin maybe? That'd get past the permissions issue...

Just delete the mods you installed or just delete sa-mp document.

I don't even know my the posts above me are just 'guesses'. If you don't know, don't post.
This is caused when you use a pirated GTA SA game (Download from torrent or you must have moved the game's files to a USB, and reinstalled/upgraded your windows), which doesn't allow your game to be properly recognized my the computer, as it doesn't have permissions (which are installed when GTA SA is installed from a CD.)
Other than that, just like Sew_Sumi told, you can run the game as an administrator.

A your mods are preventing it.
Most likely the one that changes GPCI.
Alternatively it could be that you do not hsve administrator permissions.
