Server lag 500+ people

Car little detain and players too. CHat little lags.
Use strcmp in command orderly?
OnPlayerUpdate empty. Why lags?
CPU use ~70%

No code = no diagnosis. Probably your persistence mechanism (either files or rdbms) sucks. Or you update too much too often. Use threaded queries, run a profiler (there's a plugin somewhere), find a bottleneck and fix it.

Use threaded queries ,not good ? Me use MySQL plugin latest version http://forum.sa-mp.com/showthread.ph...ewpost&t=56564

Mod does not use the files.

There's alot of stuff that can affect your script in various ways with small lag, and with many players that can turn into more and more lag, you should try to optimise your script.

Eh, I'll even post the link for you: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=271129 - we are not a wizards (well, maybe some hidden ones). Use this utility, check out the output (it comes in several handy formats), then come back to fix particular problems.

Where online 400+ GetServerTickRate = ~100 its normal ?

It's normal.

The problem it's about the quantity of mapping and whatever you have who can make your server / PC lag.
