No company can really work 24/7 not when your hosting other clients on a shared port especially when there is maintenance to be done, but of course up-time should be 99% if not I wouldn't bother.

They all says that is 99% uptime, but is not, they all are there only to take money from customers and nothing more... I hope that they all will need that money for their health...

I'm a big fan of Vortex Servers. I have tried their host once, and I was really impressed. Btw, hostskool is very good too.

I have an account in game-mp.com, since they started, and I'm paying it every month... Before I moved to smartbytes, my server was hosted on GTA-Servers.de for 4 months, and it was pretty good company, but they are closing now his company so I had to move to another. Owner of GTA-Servers recommended me signaltransmitter.de, but I hear about that company for the first time, does anyone know anything about that company and whether it is good?

Don't talk about SmartBytes faggots. I think they gave up with their company. It's down since yesterday plus It's been like 1.5 weeks and my support ticket isn't answered yet.

Hello Koveljko,
Not all companies on the list are bad but it depends on what your looking at but I am pretty certain you haven't tried SimplyFrag yet.
We have been up for 3 years now and have stable servers and hosting is online 99% of the time with the 1% being server reboots every month or 2 to clear CPU cache build-up and to implement maintenance. We run on Ubuntu 12 (Linux) due to its compatibility with the other games we host as well as for SAMP.
We now also offer Windows 2012 should this suit your needs better and all our services come with free DDOS protection up to 480 GB/s.
If your willing to give us a try or would like to ask us a few questions then here is our information:
Skype: SimplyFragHosting
Promo: "sampforum" - 20% off every month (recurring discount)
Kind Regards
Jack

I decided to use vps on nfoservers, can someone tell me is it enough Singe core, One full, dedicated HT CPU core, 1024 MB of RAM, 100 GB of RAID-protected storage, 4000 GB of bandwidth transfer, for server with about 120, 150 players, with MySQL or I need more resources?
Thanks in advance.

I should think it will cope, but it depends on the core speed of that single core.
I'm not sure however that active/constant 120/150 players will work, especially with MySQL you might struggle in that aspect. VPS' aren't that efficient due to their single-core nature (at-least with the one you bought). They might seem cheap but they're cheap for a reason.
