Ok here.

1.Download XAMPP. When you downloaded it start up APACHE and and MYSQL, make sure you dont have skype on while doing it.

2.open up a browser and search 'localhost' without the quotes. It will show you a orange page. On the down left side you should see 'PHPmyadmin', thats where you will create your database. After you created that you have a MYSQL database. (I can't explain it any more)

3.Once you have made your desired tables and you are ready to connect to it, download mysql plugin and drop it into your plugins folder. To connect to MYSQL the rest is explained here

How to move our database ?
i mean when i will change my vps .

Export your database/tables and Import them on your new system.

There is always a export option and import option. Go into the MYSQL DB and on the top rows you should see it the 2 options. It turns it into a .sql file.
