Custom.ide with modelid > 20000

If I add an object to custom.ide with ID >= 20000 and spawn it, game will crash.

With the new objects in samp.img there aren't many unused ID available for custom objects. This a problem should be fixed.

"Usable object IDs are from 18631 to 19999." (you see samp.ide)
