I see u have LoadHouse_data callback, so just create never ending pickup with 3dtext, where showing house owner, house cost if house is selling, and on down with what key it's entering.
So in onplayerstatechange do key enter, then if player in range of point with coordinates : HouseInfo[playerid][hEnterX] and ... and on end loadhouse_data, this is how i do it
