Can we change SAMP Graphics ? I am not talking about mods but thinking about doing something with cryengine xD
So is it even possible ? Like Edit the default files or Change some stuff etc ?

Yes use enb, texture mods etc.

Not SA:MP but there's always GTA SA on the Rage Engine(GTA IV Mod)
