How do I create samp server in windows 2003? Everytime I run it, 3 from my 9 plugins are running, and 6 of them are not. Its "failed"
and I got some Errors like:
Error: Function not registered: 'Streamer_Callback'
Error: Function not registered: 'SSCANF_INIT'
Error: Function not registered: 'CreateTCPServer'
and others, errors like usual. Please help me to fix this.

Include versions which you compiled the script in are different from the plugins you are running the server with.

Those error are gone
Error: Function not registered: 'Streamer_Callback'
Error: Function not registered: 'SSCANF_INIT'

But now, when I start server, the 'streamer' plugin failed to load, Help?

Install the latest version of streamer, this one should do the magic:

But it in your /plugins/ folder and add this line in your server.cfg:
