Compiler runs SAMP
#1

Evening,

'Tis a very strange problem indeed. I've just reinstalled SAMP and the server. I saved it as a pwn (as I always do so I can just tap CTRL + S everytime i make a function to save it). After a few basic lines I ran the compiler, which decided to open SAMP instead of converting my pwn file into an amx file.

Help appreciated.

Back to the question in hand. I know F5 is compile and F6 is compile and run, Y_Less. But it doesn't even compile it just runs samp. I've tried re-installing to no adiue.

I know it doesnt has to be a problem, but do you have the server and SAMP installed in the same directory? if so try to place this in the same directory as samp's directory.

It's doing for me too. I've XP Pro SP2 and I tried put it in same directory, reinstall SAMP (tried 2.0X and RC3), GTA:SA and nothing works..What to do then?

EDIT: Tried also older Windows Server...

Would you really "want" to fix vista?
