It'd probably some illegal car mods, use fuckcleo.inc it could prevent them in a decent way.

Well, you can easily report the IP that makes your server crash to your hosting partner, or either update your anti-crash.
I don't have any idea how this works but you have definitely something wrong with your gamemode. Try reading the script that you use and do make the players crash.

Well, you can ban him directly from the RCON, and use an anti-crash or anti-bot that you can find in the forum.
I don't have anything to say about this, you can only judge yourself, it's a matter of time.
