The Commands Works when RCON admin is logged in..
i log in RCON, and then tried my commands but they arent working...

PLEASE FIX!!

Looks fine to me. Are you sure you used /rcon login [correct password] and it told you that you successfully logged in?
Otherwise you can implement it in your gamemode instead, and use your admin system instead of RCON.

Alright now i went ahead and tested this on a plain script, it's fully working for me.
Look in your server.cfg file, do you have the filterscripts name after "filterscripts"?

Example:
filterscripts eventmaker
You dont need .amx or .pwn tags after it.
