Got the include? It should be called streamer.ini and it should be in Pawno > Includes.

You might want to try re-download it (Make sure you have an appropriate version for the server you are using). Otherwise, try removing the '.dll' part from the config file.

If you're doing this on linux, you need the '.so' instead, and you need to specify '.so' in the config file, too.
