If you don't have any servers in your internet tab, reinstall SA-MP; if it doesn't work try deleting gta_sa.set in Documents\GTA San Andreas user files\
Don't worry, it won't mess up your game, it will only reset settings you have changed.

You're Hosted Tab working fine? you have internet empty that was you internet issue. Try to fix you router.

You just have to add the SA:MP client to Windows Firewall it's explained in the samp wiki's

I had this problem too, just re-install your SA-MP.

Maybe your firewall is blocking the connection.
