Try to use another pawn version, make older 1.

Where can I aquire that from?

This usually means that the required version of the .NET Framework isn't installed correctly. I think the Pawn compiler requires 3.5.

where it says "svr" download the oldest (doesn't has to be the oldest) make sure it's 0.3z

Pretty sure the compiler doesn't use .NET, seeing as it doesn't have a CLR header.

It don't use .net i had the issue before just re download the pawno files and replace them (RUN AS ADMIN)
by the way that error only happens when you edit something within the script.

I was trying to compile a pre-made script.
