Well the title says all i guess.

I just wonder if a player is teleporting a vehicle..will onunoccupiedvehicle return that playerid ?.
if yes ? does that mean also if the player is teleporting by using a hack.

Also will onunoccupiedvehicle return something when a vehicle is towed ?.

you need make for all vehicles old pos and make also new pos for onunoccupiedvehicle
and make some callback who detect if old pos vehicles above 20 meters kick player for probbaly use teleport hack.
You can make also return playerid
