Oh. Every time, when I open pawno, I get this:



I removed, installed, re-installed time.inc, updated time.inc, made another server from SA-MP.Com, but NOT workin'... Any solutions ?!...

The problem comes from time.inc, try to change his name or delete it if you don't need it.

Looks like path is not correct, try moving samp server directory in C:\
