This is a broken HUD of GTA IV HUD

Well, basically I was getting sick of my GTA IV HUD, so I took out both files that I originally put in, the GTA IV HUD folder, and the GTA IV HUD.asi. But, when I went in game, I still had this on the bottom left hand corner of my map. Can someone help me to get rid of it please?
