run ipconfig and get your local ip address and paste it in the "Local IP address" column.

Open Command Prompt -> type "ipconfig /all" and get the IPv4 address, that you have to place inside the IP section.
Port - 7777[Or the one you specified inside the server configuration(7777 = Default)].
Protocol - UDP
Before doing this, remove the Rule 0;
