Where is SQL files stored ? and what is it for ? where can i store it.....

You need to import SQL to phpmyadmin. If your server/vps got MYSQL/PHPmyadmin,
1. Create a table example "samp03".
2. Import .sql file into samp03.
3. Go to your MYsQL gamemode and edit "username,password,database" connections.

Get the Xampp first, and then follow the above..
