Is quite informative if you\'ve looked at any related threads relating to the issue where almost all state that it\'s an issue with Intel graphic card/CHIPS, hence the health bar rendering for such CHIP has been fixed.


Don\'t really see what\'s so complicated here... Maybe it\'s just me?

You'll wait for that forever. SA-MP's purpose is to ad a multiplayer function for the game, not create an entirely new game.

Maybe functions to modify the existent car's handling, but even then you won't be able to tell if a player is hacking or not.
