Hello guys i installed windows 8.1 in my computer and now my server doesn't launch because the streamer plugin doesn't launch.

I installed:
Visual C++ 2005
Visual C++ 2008
Visual C++ 2010
Visual C++ 2012
Visual C++ 2013

.Net framework 3.0
.Net framework 3.5
.Net framework 4.0(this doesn't want to install because it comes with windows 8.1)
.Net framework 4.5(same here)

Also msvcp100.dll
and like two others which i don't remember.

Any ideas?

just install the necessary server currently in my left I just missing the msvcp100.dll only that
