Have you confirmed the samp03svr file is actually in the folder? Try typing ./samp03svr without the nohup and see what error it gives.

Try typing the command ls and report back here with the files it lists.

Reinstalled,doesn't work,stll the same problem...BTW i'm using ubuntu 14.04....

After you reinstall just make new acc
than

than login at ftp upload files directly than login to your acc via putty and enter
