Seems Like Plugins are not Loading.
Yes, Net Framework is Up to date and properly installed.
Firewall,Window Defender are Turned off.
Latest Plugins Versions..
Tried Different Versions of plugins as well..
its Windows Server 2008 64Bit.
Other Plugins are loading properly besides Streamer,Sscanf.

install both the 32bit and 64bit versions of vc++ redist packages 2008, 2010, and 2013. Will fix this and any others down the road.

(note: NO idea if all are needed, but I had the same problem and just installed both versions of each of the 3 redists)

Hello,
Thank You. The streamer plugin is now working after installing VC++ Redist 2008. 64 Bit.
But Sscanf is still not loading.

Fixed. (Had to Download Latest VC++ 2013 Recompiled the plugin.)
