I make my own server with write all thing in server.cfg than i open samp server now my server is online only for me than i open cmd and type ipconfig and select my ip address and add in samp than i give my ip to all my friends he cant play in my server why

You will need to port forward your server, only then can you go to "whatsmyip" and copy and paste the IP address into your samp, if you do this correctly then you will have an up an running server!

Running server using port forward isnt recommended because if someone DDos it, you will have more problems. Maybe run it on
Triangle.gs, frag.gs,galaxyhostfree.com etc
