I'd suggest starting with the easier stuff such as programming/scripting, then move on the more heavier stuff such as MySQL etc, do DINI YINI, etc first.

Well it is, however it takes knowledge to learn MYSQL for SA-MP. Well, deffo R39-2, R5 is quite simple I guess.

Four words: For god's sake, no.

Why in hell would you use a poorly done script to learn from? If you use a poorly done script, you're going to end up learning poor techniques.

Learn from good examples, not bad ones. It's common sense, really.

EDIT: Also, not once did OP mention scripting
