My question is... How can you create a Dash cam, I mean with a Dash Cam that you can check other player their speed, but i have really no idea how that works can you help me a little bit

Hang on, you want something that can tell you another player's speed in front of you, or you want a camera on the front of the car/dashboard?

I believe he needs a dashboard system like I believe West Coast Roleplay once had. It just simply gives you the speed of the player that is driving in front of you.

I doubt a camera system is doable.
