Army - Kill terrorists.
Terrorists - Kill army.

Maybe have gangs? Also depends on how many classes you want as you could do this:

Americans
Australians
Russia
China

Then set different stuff for each class. Hope this helps!

Considering the team selection is officially called "class selection" when scripting (e.g. AddPlayerClass, ForceClassSelection), there is a good chance that he did actually mean "teams".
