I have the Mysql_Static.so, But it wont connect to my MySQL Host, to get the Databases, etc, So im pretty much stuck when it says "Connected to" and then the server hostname, Anyone know how to fix this? It's also on a CentOS VPS

Your prob could be in your host settings, in your server side, in your host.. who knows where if there is no code.
