Galera, meu servidor estб dando o erro: Script[gamemodes/ph.amx]: Run time error 19: "File or function is not found"

Isso comecou a ocorrer apуs eu formatar meu computador... Porйm todos os plugins carregam normalmente, Tenho o o Net framework e o outro que esqueci o nome, acho que й c++ uahuah esqueci...

Alguem sabe o problema ? No gm nгo й.
