I might be wrong but is your MySQL plugin version Correct? Is MSVCR.dll have the permissions on vps or dedi you are using ?

I am using a windows VPS so yeah thats impossible with those permissions, And about the mysql plugin well i use BlueG's R5 but i cant obtain it anymore from his topic as the links arent working.
