Right, so basically I have gone from 2.7.2 to 2.7.3 using Incognito's Streamer plugin, and when I start the server up it loads every plugin succesfully except the streamer plugin which is says failed... any help will be appreciated!

Issue resolved, installed vcredist 32bit, instead of 64bit.
