How to solve DNS Problem
#1

As you all know that some sites are closed due some reasons. Eg: Solidfiles
So how to solve this here it is:

Click On Network>Open Network and Shearing Center>Change Adapter Settings>Click on connection for Eg we take BSNL001(WIFI/BroadBand Connection)>Click on Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4)>Check on "Use the following DNS server addressess:"
Type in first column- 208.67.222.222
Type in second column- 66.228.116.179

Done!

No, they aren't closed for us; maybe for India? But why would you say 'all'?

Such a spam.

O.T : It's not blocked in india too. You should have to work on your grammar and a small kid also knows about it , It's good if you answered it to someone else who is in need but you're just posting it as you're roaming in garden. LOL

If the sites are CLOSED changing the DNS address won't help you.
The Domain Name System is what translates domain NAMES, aka www.******.com to IP addresses, which your internet can access, aka http://74.125.224.72/.

The solutiion you're offering is changing the DNS server address, which can help in case your automatically assigned DNS server is down and you have to manually configure one, like ******'s DNS servers (8.8.8.8 or 8.8.8.4).
The best way to know your DNS is down is trying to surf through IP addresses. If you can access webages through IP addresses but not through domain names, you need to change your DNS, this is the case where your solution would help.
