User files dont appear

I'm using register systems and they are not even writing my username in the directory.

It comes up saying "register" I click ok after inputting my password, it then just does nothing and acts like the register system doesn't exist on the server.

Help please, getting quite angry lol.. as it doesn't display any errors

Also, don't say it's because I'm using DINI please because it does it will all of the ones I've tried
